This policy explains how CropRig uses information submitted through croprig.in. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
Information you provide
- Service requests: your name, mobile number, village and district, requested service, acreage, preferred date, optional crop and field details, and your contact consent.
- Agent applications: your name, mobile number, optional email, role, service area, drone access, training status, optional experience and equipment details, and your consent to review and contact.
Please do not submit identity documents, bank details, passwords, medical information or other sensitive information in these forms. Online payment details are not collected.
Agent service coordination
Approved agents can browse available requests showing the customer name, submitted village/place description, service, acreage and preferred date. Requests are claimed first-come, first-served. Phone numbers and job notes are shown to the successful claimant and authorized staff, not on the shared request board. Agents may collect new customer enquiries with the customer's agreement, including name, phone, village, crop, acreage, preferred date and service notes. CropRig stores enquiry details, consent confirmation, job progress and dated visit or completion notes in Supabase for follow-up and service coordination. Agents can access their own enquiries and assigned or claimed jobs; authorized staff can review enquiries, assign jobs and review activity. The agent dashboard does not collect background GPS tracking, saved field boundaries, identity documents or payments, and does not load optional analytics.
Optional accounts and email verification
If you create an account, Supabase processes your email address, password authentication, verification codes, session identifiers and related security information. Resend processes your email address and transactional email content to deliver verification and password-recovery messages. Account information may be processed outside India. Only enter passwords and verification codes on the dedicated account page, never in service-request forms or email replies.
Necessary sign-in session information is stored in this browser tab's session storage to keep you signed in while using the site; it is not optional analytics. Log out on shared devices. The account page does not load Google Analytics. Guest booking remains available. Accounts do not currently provide booking history. To request account access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected].
Why we use it
We use service details to respond to your enquiry, assess local availability and coordinate an agreed service. We use agent details to review your application and discuss possible onboarding. We also use information when needed to address support requests, prevent misuse or meet applicable legal obligations. Consent to contact you about a request is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Hosting, forms and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website. Booking requests and agent applications are stored in Supabase and are accessible to authorized CropRig staff. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website. These providers may process data outside your state or country.
If arranging a service requires sharing your relevant contact or field details with an operator, CropRig will explain the coordination arrangements to you. Product-source links lead to other websites, whose privacy practices are separate.
Cookies, browser storage and analytics
Basic browsing and forms do not depend on optional analytics. Your cookie preference, when saved, is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. This is a preference record, not advertising tracking.
Optional Google Analytics can be enabled to understand visits and use of key website links. It loads only after you allow analytics and only when configured by CropRig. Cookie settings show whether it is currently enabled. When active, it may process page visits, device and browser information, IP-derived location and cookie identifiers. CropRig's custom tracking does not send form-field contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses or URL query strings to analytics.
You can reject optional analytics without losing access to forms, and change your choice using . Changing to necessary-only stops future optional tracking and clears Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website. It does not erase information already received by the analytics provider. If your browser blocks preference storage, the choice may need to be made again.
Retention and security
Information is kept while needed to handle the request or application, manage an agreed service, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable legal requirement. You can ask for deletion when it is no longer needed. Any retention required by law may limit what can be deleted. Access should be limited to people handling these tasks. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
Optional GPS field recording
Walk my field requests your precise location only after you select the location consent checkbox, tap Start recording and grant browser permission. It records boundary coordinates and reported GPS accuracy. Recording stops on Pause or Finish, and pauses when the page is hidden. Unsaved points stay in the page's memory and are lost when the page is closed or refreshed.
When you choose Save field, the field name, coordinates, accuracy, calculated approximate area and creation date are stored in Supabase with your account ID. Database rules restrict website users to their own fields; authorized CropRig administrators can manage the data. You may save multiple named fields. Contact [email protected] to request deletion. Maps are provided by Google Maps on croprig.in, with Esri imagery through Leaflet used on preview hosts or when the Google Maps script cannot load. Map providers receive technical request data and the geographic area displayed. Location searches use Google Places when available, or OpenStreetMap Nominatim otherwise. Optional analytics is not loaded on the recording page. Your phone's location services are governed by its platform settings and policies.
When you choose a saved field for booking, the website fills its estimated acreage and includes its name in the service request. Saved boundary GPS coordinates are not included in booking submissions. Separately, you may choose to share one field entrance point when booking. That optional point is stored with your request and is available to authorized staff and your agent after acceptance, never on the shared request board. Opening directions shares that point with Google Maps. Field measurements are estimates, not legal surveys or drone flight plans. A selected field ID may be kept temporarily in this tab's session storage to transfer your selection to booking.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct your details, withdraw permission for future contact, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing a request that requires those details. We may ask for proportionate information to identify your submission. Contact the same address if you have a privacy complaint.
Children
These forms are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Please contact CropRig if you believe a child has submitted personal information so it can be reviewed.
Policy updates
We will update this page when the site's data practices change. Check the date above for the latest version. Materially different uses of your information may require a new notice or consent.
